VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A Vigo County mans trial was over before it started Monday thanks to a plea deal.

35-year-old Adam Moore faces nine charges, including resisting law enforcement, possession of meth, criminal recklessness, and leaving the scene of an accident after he allegedly led police on a chase in late August last year.

Police say that speeds during the chase reached 100 mph until he crashed on SR63 behind the Honey Creek Mall.

More accepted a plea deal just before his trial was set to start and now he will be in court this afternoon (8/14/18) for a change of plea hearing.
