GREENE COUNTY, Ind. – More details have been released on a Greene County murder-suicide.

It happened near Solsberry on September 18th.

Police say that Lawrence Burks shot and killed his estranged wife, Peggy Burks, and her caregiver, Debra Floyd.

He then apparently turned the gun on himself.

Police say Peggy Burks and family members filed several protective orders against Lawrence Burks and she had recently filed for divorce.
