TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A Terre Haute man will appear in court today for an initial hearing on child molestation charges.

62 year old Carl Joseph Hudson faces felony charges of child molestation and child exploitation.

Hudson allegedly took nude photos of the children and touched them in an inappropriate manner when they stayed overnight at his home over the summer.

Police were called to investigate by the children’s mother.

Hudson is being held in the Vigo County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond.
