TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – Two high profile local legal cases now involve the same Indianapolis attorney.

Attorney James Voyles of Indianapolis is the lead attorney for the team that defends Danny Tanoos.

Now Voyles will also reportedly represent Nathan Derickson.

He is the teen facing reckless homicide charges in connection to the death of 18-year-old Garrett Sands.

Derickson is also represented by Terre Haute attorney Bill Smock.
