UPDATE: One Suspect Arrested In Connection To Clinton Armed Robbery

CLINTON, Ind. – Police have made an arrest in connection to an early morning armed robbery in Clinton.

Police say around 2 o’clock Thursday morning, two masked men, armed with shotguns, walked into the Casey’s General Store on Western Avenue and took an unknown amount of money and a box full of cigarettes.

The suspects led police on a pursuit that ended near the Terre Town baseball field around 4:30 a.m.

Officers arrested 24 year old Caleb McCullough, of Terre Haute.

Other details about the second suspect have not been released.

McCullough is charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon.

His bond is set at $50,000 with 10% allowed.

It happened at around 4:30 a.m. when two men armed with rifles walked into the store at 1211 Western Avenue.

The two men were wearing camo jackets and black ski masks.
