VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – A group of Indiana school leaders has come out in support of former Vigo County School Superintendent Danny Tanoos case could have an impact on all school leaders.

The former Vigo County School Superintendent is facing bribery charges and will be in court on December 19th for a dismissal hearing.

The Indiana Association of Public School Superintendents has filed a statement in support of Tanoos and the dismissal.

The group says that a conviction in the case would create uncertainty for public officials and there could be questions where lines are drawn between business and public officials.

The group believes that partnerships and relationships could suffer and create mayhem for schools and business.
