Donelly Says Farewell To The U.S. Senate

WASHINGTON D.C. – On Wednesday Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly (D)  gave his farewell address on the floor of the U.S. Senate.

This marks the final time he will give remarks in the Senate before his term of office expires in early January.

Donnelly was defeated in the November election by Republican challenger Mike Braun.

In addition to thanking Hoosiers for giving him the opportunity to represent them, Donnelly called on his Senate colleagues to do the bipartisan work necessary to address the significant challenges facing our nation.
