VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Around 1:30 AM Sunday morning, Vermillion County Police found a vehicle that had run off the roadway just east of CR 225 W on St. Rd. 234.

Police say that the vehicle had significant damage and that 20 year old Bryson L. Carson of Cayuga, was in the driver’s seat.

19 year old Braxton E. Carson, who is also from Cayuga, was found the front passenger seat of the vehicle.

Bryson Carson was arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated and later tested at .16% BAC.

Braxton Carson was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Both were arrested and taken to the Vermillion County Jail.
