TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A plea deal for a Terre Haute man accused in a case of gunfire that injured a minor and damaged Ouabache Elementary School.

32-year-old Shawn Bass has pleaded guilty in court Monday to criminal recklessness for the incident that happened in October 2017.

A hearing date has been set for February 7th.
