VIGO COUNTY, Ind – More information on a head on crash last Friday involving two large trucks.

Indiana State Police say that semi-truck and a dump truck collided on Darwin Road when they both went left of center.

The driver of the dump truck was identified as 68-year-old Charles Grycza of Terre Haute. He was treated for minor injuries.

The driver of the semi was 43-year-old Chad Ingram of Chrisman, Ill.

He suffered serious injuries and underwent surgery Friday night at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He is currently recovering.

Both drivers were transporting material to the same job site in the area.
