VIGO COUNTY, Ind.  – A man convicted in connection to Vigo County murder case is accused of violating his probation.

Benjamin Selig of Rockville allegedly failed to report for a substance abuse counseling session back in October and then tried to fake a drug screen test.

In court the judge in the case ordered community corrections evaluation.

Last July, Selig pleaded guilty to assisting a criminal in connection to the murder of a Terre Haute man.

Three other people are serving prison time for their part in the same case.

Selig is being held in the Vigo County Jail until his next hearing on February 6th.
