INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The case against the former Vigo County School Superintendent continues.
Lawyers for Dan Tanoos said bribery charges against him should be dismissed because they did not constitute a crime, charging information didn’t constitute a crime and that the allegations were too vague.
Prosecutors filed their support of the charges on Wednesday saying that charges should stand and the case should proceed.
A judge will make a ruling on the motion to dismiss after reviewing arguments filed by both sides.
