Domestic Dispute Leads To Drug And Theft Arrests

CLAY COUNTY, Ind.  – A domestic dispute call to a home on CR-100-E in Brazil has led to the arrest of four people.

Police say that while they were talking with 32 year old Richard and 29 year old Nycole Paitson about what was going on, they could see illegal drugs and related items in plain view.

Police said they also found $3,400 in savings bonds that were stolen from another county.

Both were arrested and are facing drug related charges.

Police also found several items that were linked to a series of thefts in Putnam and Parke Counties.

Police arrested 28 year old Joshua Pleake and 36 year old John “JJ” Lawhorn in connection to the burglaries.
