CLARK COUNTY, Ind.  – An arrest has been made in connection to a vehicle theft in Clark County, Illinois.

The owner reported the vehicle was reported stolen late Wednesday or early Thursday in Casey.

The truck was found abandoned and wrecked in rural Clark County.

Investigators talked with several people and then arrested 23 year old Brett Riggleman on auto theft charges.

Riggleman was reportedly on parole from the Illinois Department of Corrections.
