VIGO COUNTY, Ind – A court hearing that was set for today for former Vigo County School Superintendent Dan Tanoos has been postponed.

The judge in the case has set a new hearing date for March 27 in Marion County.

A ruling is expected to be handed down on a motion to dismiss the case filed by Tanoos’ defense attorneys.

Documents have been filed by both the prosecution and defense outlining their reasons for either continuing or dismissing the three felony bribery counts.

There is currently no trial date set.
