TERRE HAUTE, Ind – The Terre Haute Police Special Response Team went to a home in the 2000 block of Oak Street Tuesday to serve a search warrant and look for a wanted suspect.

Officers arrested 38 year old ‪Bryce A Rupska on an intimidation warrant.

Police also arrested 39 year old Rob Roy and 29 year old Morgan Colbert for obstruction of justice.

Police also arrested a by-stander, 47 year old Lucy Perry on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.

All will make initial court appearances Wednesday.
