TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A trial date has been set for a man arrested after a standoff with police.

A judge set a trial date of April 11th for Bryce Rupska on a charge of intimidation.

Rupska’s former girlfriend told an investigator he threatened to kill her last August.

A warrant for Rupska’s arrest was issued when he failed to show up for court and cooperate with his attorney.

Police caught up with Rupska at a home near 22nd and Oak Streets last week and he refused to surrender to officers for nearly an hour.

He was found hiding in the attack of the home.

Rupska is being held on $15,000 bond.
