PARKE COUNTY, Ind. – UPDATE: Officials report the missing child in Parke County has been found safe.

The Bellmore Volunteer Fire Department reported just after 12:30 p.m. that there was a missing 2-year-old male in the area of Ferndale.

Officials in Parke County report the two-year-old, from an Amish family, went missing around 11 a.m. while following a dog. He was found around 1:00 near the Raccoon Lake Dam. The child was not harmed.
