TERRE HAUTE, Ind – The owner of a north side property may seek to open and adult oriented business at the site.

The Trib-Star reports that Michael Bickers has filed a petition for a special exception for a new business at 3295 N. Fruitridge Avenue.

The site was originally a Pizza Inn restaurant years ago.

Bickers owns Bickers Auction Co. in Charleston, Illinois, and the property that houses Club Koyote in West Terre Haute

The petition will likely go before the Terre Haute Board of Zoning Appeals at its May 1 meeting.
