INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – A Marion County judge has continued the case against former Vigo County School Superintendent Dan Tanoos.

The reason for the delay is that there is still no decision from the court of appeals on his second motion to dismiss the charges against him.

Tanoos faces three counts of bribery for allegedly steering school corporation contracts to an Indianapolis business in exchange for personal favors.

Tanoos returns to Marion County Court on June 12th.
