Vermillion County Police Say Driver Failed All Field Sobriety Tests

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Sunday evening around 6:00 p.m. Vermillion County Police stopped a pickup truck because the driver showed obvious signs of impairment.

Police say that they found three open containers of beer and one bottle of Wine that was almost empty.

Officers say that 31-year-old Zacharia C. Montgomery of Perrysville failed all Standard Field Sobriety tests and his Portable breath test result was .211%. Montgomery consented to a Chemical Test and the result was .19%.

Montgomery was booked into the Vermillion County Jail on charges of operating a Vehicle While intoxicated.
