PARIS, Ill, – Just before 3:00 A.M. Saturday morning the Paris Fire Department was called out to a residence 325 Sutherland Avenue.

The house was fully involved when firefighters arrived.

All three Paris Fire Department shifts were called out along with the Vermilion Fire Department from the Paris Community Fire Protection District.

The fire was determined to be suspicious and now an arrest has been made.

Paris Police have arrested 28-year-old Sierra A Maus on a charge of arson.

She is currently being held in the Edgar County Jail.
