TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The company that recently bought Terre Haute’s Clabber Girl back in May has now announced that 25 employees will lose their jobs.

B&G Foods said that the layoffs will start August 31 and last through the end of the year.

The company maintains that there are no plans to close the manufacturing facility.

The layoffs will affect sales and general administrative functions that will be handled by the corporate parent. 

Affected employees have been notified and will receive severance packages.
