VIGO COUNTY, Ind. — Not only is there a teacher shortage there is also not enough school bus drivers.

A survey last year found 91% of school districts across America suffer from a bus driver shortage.

Vigo County officials say that competitive pay is part of the problem.

In Carmel, teachers are being recruited to help fill the void.
