TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Terre Huate police arrested a wanted man after a Friday night chase.

Officers say that 31 year old Harold Haggerty took off when an officer tried to stop him for outstanding warrants.

Police say they tried to stop Haggerty near 21st and Tippecanoe Streets.

Haggerty fled and did not stop until 22nd Street and Cleveland Avenue where he then ran.

Police was apprehended near caught near at 23rd and Warren Streets.

Haggerty will appear in court today (7/15/19).
