PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Saturday morning around 8:00 a.m. (7/27/19) Parke County Deputies were called to the Howard area for a domestic battery complaint.

During the investigation Deputies arrested Kenneth Fulton ll on charges of domestic battery, criminal confinement, and strangulation.

He is being held in the Parke County Jail with no bond.

The victim sought treatment at a hospital for injuries sustained during the assault.
