BICKNELL, Ind. – The Bicknell Board of Works has voted to dismiss one of the Police Department’s officers.

Indiana State Police said in March of 2018, troopers received information that Kevin Carroll may have shared information about drug operations with a Daviess County resident that could have put undercover officers at risk.

 Carroll was a Lieutenant and pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness as part of a plea deal and an official misconduct charge was dismissed. He could appeal.

Carroll agreed to pay court costs and fines.
