Woman Pushing Child In Wheelchair Was “Under The Influence Of Various Things”

MONTEZUMA, Ind – Friday night (8/23/19) around 9:40 p.m., Parke County Deputies were called to the area of Jefferson St and Canal St. in Montezuma about a woman pushing her 21-year-old autistic son in a wheelchair.

Deputies say witnesses informed them that 47-year-old Jamie Kisor of Montezuma was slurring her words and entered a residence without consent.

Police say that the residence was that of the child’s father and that Kisor displayed signs of intoxication and was under the influence of various things.

She was admitted to a nearby hospital.

She told officers that she was kicked out of the residence she was staying in.
