Police Look For Man Who Led Them On High Speed Chase

SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. – Police continue to search for a man wanted in Sullivan County after a high-speed chase Tuesday night.

It all started in Farmersburg when the Town Marshal spotted a pickup driven by a man who was wanted on several warrants.

The driver, who police have yet to identify, refused to stop and led police on a chase through northern Sullivan County and southern Vigo County.

At one-point man left the truck and fled to a nearby wooded area.

The wanted man is described as a 40-year-old white male. He is 5’6″ and weighs around 150 pounds, with dark brown hair and a brown beard.

He was last seen near All Street in southern Vigo County and may be headed toward the Blackhawk area.
