PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind – A new trail date has been set for a Brazil charged in connection to a fatal crash on I-70 July 1st in Putnam County.
42 year old Brian P. Rosano faces charges of reckless homicide, driving while intoxicated causing death, leaving the scene of an accident and unlawful possession of a syringe.
66 year old Freddie L. Smith, of Sacramento was killed when he was hit by a van driven by Rosano.
Smith was on the road picking up roadside warning devices after repairs had been made to his disabled truck.
During a court hearing Wednesday, Rosano’s trial was rescheduled for December 10th at his request.
