Terre Haute Man Arrested For Wednesday Morning Stabbing

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – Terre Haute Police have arrested a man in connection with a Wednesday morning stabbing.

Officers say that it started with a heated conversation between a homeless female and another man in the garden area of Saint Joe’s Parish near 5th and Walnut Streets.

Court documents say 57 year old Brian Pryor got involved in the fight and cut the man.

The victim told police Pryor cut him several times in the face and hand, and then he left the area.

Police said they found a folding knife in his pocket.

Pryor was arrested and charged with aggravated battery and battery with a deadly weapon. He will return to court next Tuesday (9/17/19).
