PARIS, Ill. – A building in downtown Paris is falling down.

The west wall of the old Citizens National Bank fell early Saturday morning.

First Christian Church owns the building on Court Street and had already planned to bring it down and plans to build a family center at some point in the future. A construction date has not been set.

Crews have shut down the street and put up a barricade wall for protection.
