ROBINSON, Ill. – It now looks like a Robinson, Illinois business will not close but will stay open.

It looked like Tempco Production Company would be closing by the end of he year. Employees had said that the owner is facing health concerns and ready to retire.

On Friday, it was learned that some local investors have agreed to buy the company and continue operations.

The agreement will go into effect until January 1.
