WAVELAND, Ind.  – A Montgomery County teen is dead after falling into a grain bin.

According to authorities 18-year-old Colton Howard from rural Waveland fell into a grain bin around noon on Friday.

Howard was an employee at Ramsay Farms in Waveland.

Rescuers cut several holes into the side of the grain bin in an attempt to recover Howard’s body.

Just before 10:00 Friday night, emergency crews recovered Howard’s body from inside of the bin.
