TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A man involved in a Friday night police chase in Terre Haute has now been arrested after eluding officers.

Police tried to pull him over 38-year-old Donald Murray because he was driving without his headlights on. He refused to stop and that is when the chase began.

He then crashed at the end of Broadlands Avenue.

Murray was arrested on Tuesday morning and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday morning.

Murray faces charges of resisting arrest and criminal recklessness.
