Three Arrested, One Person Treated For Possible Heroin Overdose In Lyford

VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Sunday (12/15/19) evening around 5:15 p.m. Parke and Vermillion County Police, Clinton Police and Lyford First Responders, were called to a Lyford residence on a possible Heroin overdose.

 

Narcan was administered to Claudino Juan Kabbany Jr who was then taken to Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

 

Police also arrested three others at the home:

 

26-year-old Seth Ryan Falls of Lyford on charges of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Heroin and Possession of Marijuana, Bond is set at $10,000.

24-year-old Felicia Kay Brossman of Clay City for Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $10,000.

23-year-old Tylen Dean Mills of Saint Bernice for Visiting a Common Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana Bond $5,000.
