Woman Convicted Of Killing Three Children Appeals Sentence

ROCHESTER, Ind.–Convicted of killing three kids at a bus stop in Fulton County back in 2018, Alyssa Shepherd is appealing that conviction.

She was found guilty in October of reckless homicide, criminal recklessness, and passing a school bus causing injury. She was sentenced in December.

Shepherd was sentenced to four years in prison, three years probation, and three years on home detention.

Shepherd is currently serving her sentence at Rockville Correctional Facility.

The crash killed 9-year-old Alivia Stahl and 6-year-old twins Mason and Xzavier Ingle. A fourth child sustained serious injuries.
