PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Saturday (2/8/20) Parke County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to an address in rural Rosedale, in reference an unknown call for help.

When Deputies arrived, a woman told them that she had been beaten.

Police say that 57-year-old Scott A. Rickard of Rosedale was arrested and taken to the Parke County Jail.

Rickard is being held on $5,000 bond.
