PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Just before 3:00 a.m. Sunday (02/16/20) Parke County Deputies were called to an accident by an off-duty Indiana State Police Trooper on CR75W just south of the Rosedale Road.

Deputies had the driver perform field sobriety tests and take a breath test.

Police say that 36-year-old Heather McCullough had a blood alcohol level of .14%.

She was arrested and taken to jail on various charges.
