TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Progress is being made on plans to move the Terre Haute Police Department into the former Tribune-Star building downtown.

The city has received a financial proposal from Garmong Construction who owns the property.

City officials are reviewing the plans and if all goes smoothly the appropriate boards would then be asked for their approval and that could happen another month or so.
