PARKE COUNTY, Ind – Wednesday evening just after 8:00 p.m. deputies went to Kingman to perform a residency check on Todd Wiatt.

Police say that Wiatt had moved and had not updated his sex offender registry.

He was arrested in Montezuma at his new address and was taken to the Parke County jail where he is being held on $15,000 cash only bond.
