WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind – Several residents in West Terre Haute were left in the dark early this morning after a car crashed into a utility pole.

It happened around 4:00 a.m. at 447 North Thorpe Place which is near the Bethesda Cemetery.

Several power lines were knocked down.

One person received minor injuries.

News 10 reports that one person was observed being led away in handcuffs.
