TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A man that allegedly pulled a gun on police during a traffic stop last week was out on bond.

Terre Haute Police stopped a car on Wabash Avenue last Thursday. During that stop, Jeremy Ross was a passenger and police say that he got out of the vehicle and displayed a gun and refused to put it down.

He was shot by police and has not yet been booked in to the Vigo County Jail.

At that time Ross was out of jail on bond. In that second case he faced charges of possession of a gun by a serious violent felon and resisting arrest. A judge set his bond at $5,000 with 10 percent allowed. After posting that 10%, which was $500 he was released.
