TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — A Terre Haute police officer has been relieved of duty following a domestic battery arrest which stems from a report made March 3.

Jeremy Bales will appear in court today (3/10/20) in connection to an off-duty incident at his residence in the county.

The officer who has been with the department for six-years, was assigned to the patrol division.

The merit commission will determine if the member should be suspended pending resolution of the case.
