Barbara J. Watler, 60, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday morning, March 31, 2020. She was a property manager for Pfister and Company. Barbara was born October 2, 1959 in Temple, Texas to Marvin J. Mucha and Murelann Morris Mucha.

Survivors include her husband, John L. Watler II; four children, Graham Arnold of Terre Haute, Aaron Arnold (Brittany) of Fort Sill, OK, and John L. Watler III and Elizabeth Watler both of Terre Haute; and her sister, Jeri Taylor of Terre Haute. Also surviving is her mother-in-law, Uba Watler of Brazil, IN; a sister-in-law, Janet Storey (Paul) of Mount Carmel, IL; six grandchildren, Makayla Arnold, Graham Arnold II, Carter Arnold, Gemma Arnold, Evelyn Arnold and Kambria Watler; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Barbara was a graduate of Terre Haute South Vigo High School and attended Indiana State University. She was a member of Apartment Owners and Managers Association of Terre Haute and the Sycamore Club. Barbara greatly enjoyed being a Stage Mom with Teresa’s School of Dance and her rock painting club, and was a true lover of cats.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home, 605 South 25th Street.
