VERMILLION COUNTY, Ind – Vermillion County Police were called to an address on Towne Street in Fairview (4/11/20) to attempt to locate 42 year old  Milton Orman Jr. of Montezuma.  Orman’s wife told officers that her husband had been paranoid for several days and was currently driving around Clinton.

While Officers attempted to find Orman, he had returned to Towne Street.  He gave officers consent to search his vehicle.  During the search Officers located 2 glass pipes and a small sandwich bag containing methamphetamine.

Orman was booked into the Vermillion County Jail without incident on charges of:

Possession of Methamphetamine (Level 6 Felony)

Possession of Paraphernalia (Class A Misdemeanor)

Earlier today (4/14/20), the court released him on his own recognizance with a court appearance date.
