Linda D. Egener, 73, of Brazil passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 in Union Hospital. She was born on March 20, 1947 to Jesse and Mary (Rohrig) Redifer.

Linda was a 1965 graduate of Van Buren High School. She was a retired secretary for the City of Brazil and worked at many factories in Terre Haute. Linda was a member of VFW #1127, American Legion Post # 2, Brazil Moose Lodge # 780 and Knightsville Order of Eastern Star #238. She loved to visit and talk to her many friends at Hardee’s and McDonalds. Linda was a beautiful piano player and played for many years at Harmony EUB Church.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Mary Redifer; a son, Jack Egener; and a former husband and father to her children, John Egener.

Survivors include her daughter, Angela Freeman and husband, Rob; her siblingsA, Brenda Roeschlein and husband, Larry, Jess Redifer and wife, Linda and Wanda Rose and husband, Dan; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Thursday, April 16, 2020 in Clearview Cemetery, 3630 Indiana 340, Brazil. Burial will follow. Private family visitation only.
