VIGO COUNTY, Ind – The former owner of a Terre Haute towing company has had ninety criminal charges against him dismissed.

75 year old Bob Durr used to own and operate Durr’s Towing.

In September 2017 he was arrested on charges of corrupt business influence, auto theft, perjury and forgery.

After completion of a pretrial diversion program the charges were dropped as terms on an agreement were met.

Durr had no previous criminal history and .made restitution to the law enforcement agency for the cost of the investigation.

Durr’s towing business was sold to new owners in January 2016.
