CLAY COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation reminds you that a bridge rehabilitation project on the State Road 46 Bridge over Crooked Creek, located nearly two miles west of S.R. 59. will close beginning on or after Friday, May 1.  The detour utilizes S.R. 42 and S.R. 59.  This is scheduled to reopen July 10.

Force Construction was awarded the $4.8 million contract. This project also included a bridge replacement on State Road 46 over Killion Ditch which is scheduled to be completed by the end of May.
