TERRE HAUTE, Ind.  – A Terre Haute man will soon be charged with murder after a Monday night fire in the 1800 block of north 10th Street.

52-year-old Terry Haney was sent to an Indianapolis hospital with severe burns. Police say Haney died on Thursday morning.

His brother Samuel Haney Jr. has already been charged with arson.

Murder and burglary charges are expected to be added by next week.
